How do I lease one of your self-storage units?
Click the button below(coming soon) or come in to see usWhat size do I need?
This greatly depends on what you are trying to store. If you have a sofa and some boxes, choose a size that will fit the sofa without having to turn it on it’s side… maybe a 5x10 would be all the space you need. If you have a house-full of belongings while you wait for your home to be built, you might need a little larger… maybe a 10x15 or 10x20. Use your largest items to calculate space and work back from there. Mattresses can be stored upright along the walls and couches can have boxes stacked on top. If you have some family heirlooms and some pictures, consider using our climate controlled building where we offer some smaller units just for small personal items. Can I rent multiple units?
Yes, of course! With our convenient automatic payment system using a credit or debit card, you can rent as many units as you need. What are the advantages to climate controlled units?
Climate controlled units are just that… climate controlled. These units are inside, temperature governed buildings where we never let the temp get below 65 or above 80. These are a bit more expensive, but if you have items (like family heirlooms) that you don’t want heat damaged, this is a great solution for you. We offer just under 300 HVAC units for your convenience. What is allowed in my storage unit?
Any and all household items that are not hazardous or flammable. What items are prohibited?
Anything that is flammable, combustible, toxic, corrosive or radioactive. Examples: gasoline, propane tanks (unless empty), cleaning supplies or paint (unless in climate controlled buildings). A special waiver and insurance will need to be in place to store things on this list.Living things, including plants and animals are not permitted to be stored in units (which means there is no occupying units as a residence). Perishable food is a no, no… so clean out your refrigerator before storing it.
Ammunition is not allowed in storage facilities. Empty firearms and weapons should be kept in locked safes while being stored.
Illegal items such as drugs, stolen goods, or counterfeit items.
You should also consider not storing your high value items. Unless you have a locked safe inside your unit for those items, we are as secure as we can be, but maybe better to keep those things at your home.
Is my property secure?
